And yet, they pull out a 1-1 draw.

No prediction points and -2 fantasy points. Tough way to start the week. Ouch.

I only have one point but fortunately 7 people in the top ten are
in the negatives right now. True test will be the weekend

In today's UEFA Europa League group stage acttion, it was
Lech Poznan 0 - 0 Belenenses (Portugal). Why is that
significant? Because I was in attendance my friends! If my
assorted great grandparents (75% of 'em) had not emigrated
from the greater Poznan area in Poland, the Kolejorz (railway
men) would quite likely be my home team. They won the
Polish League last year but are 1-1-6 so far this season.

I fly back to the States the day after tomorrow and I have
mixed feelings about it.

Acosta was missed. So was Diaz. The 3 goals by SKC were the direct result of bad plays by non-regulars (Cirigliano, Jesse Gonzalez, Walker Zimmerman). The same thing can be said about the goal given up by SKC- Kempin's gotta do better with that shot from Ulloa. It was a fair result.

Did anybody leave Giovinco out of his lineup this
week? I didn't but did leave Feilhaber out.

There's 8 teams that did, evidently. I'll have some of what they're smoking.

So in honor of the pope visiting Philadelphia the
Phillies created a pope rookie card. The dude is
Argentine and a huge soccer fan. What is the Union
doing? They should at least give him a free ticket.

I don't think any of the games so far have gone my
way this week. Fortunately Shaun Francis was
benched tonight. Maybe he'll be back next week with
tonight's blowout.
