Risky! Silva is seven years younger, and Saborio
has had some off-field issues (hopefully not
affecting the locker room). But a change of scenery
might do Sabo some good, and his chemistry with Fabi
is proven. Goff sez Silva may might opt to sign
with a club in his native Mexico after this year.

Still only 2 winning teams in the East, and only one of those teams (DC United) would be a playoff team in the West. And DC is going to get HAMMERED this weekend. This is worse than the NBA imbalance.

Not surprising, West has been better than the East for years now, and then the best teams in the 'east' moved to the West. Been saying that since the beginning of the season, surprised anyone ever argued it.

Don't you guys have yard work you should be doing?

Ben, dem is feuding words! I don't know on what
basis you think the ex-Burn are gonna hammer any
body. Okay, three straight shut-outs are nice, but
those were vs. patsies. I'll bet you my Freddy Adu-
autographed ball that DC will CREAM you guys and
we'll do it without the best keeper in MLS.

For an objective take - I benched Kitchen and left Diaz in the XI this week, but not confident enough to go all in so also put Hollingshead on the bench.

and I've checked out on yard work for at least the next year, probably longer, ha.

In other news, it'd be pretty cool if Chicago got Drogba, and is Miami actually gets this proposed stadium built.

Wish I could check out on yard work too but my battle with the
weeds and branches is endless. They would swallow my
house, I will win eventually, si se puede!

David, DC's last win in Frisco was 8 years ago. Kemp and Korb are going to be in for a long night.

Last time I loaded up on Dallas was at home against Colorado. Played three FC boys anticipating a huge score. 4-0 Rapid win.

FCB you have left our mutual selection Hernandez on the bench which makes me wonder about your sincerity in your statement. If you sincerely think that then Hernandez should have been in there too as he is available.

I have Hernandez on my bench too. Was Guatemala officially eliminated at roster deadline?

apology yes he was available for selection which would have ruled him out for this week

No sweat. I kind of have him on hold because he hasn't played for FCD since the disastrous 0-4 KC game.

Yeah, Mo....not sure about him these days. If I knew for sure he was going to start, I'd have him in this week. He played well to start the season, but he's played a lot, and it seems that the wear and tear is getting to him. Hollingshead played left back last game and looked pretty good. If he gets his second wind, he's probably 1st choice there, but he's had 2 really bad games against SKC in the last 6 weeks. He's a hold for me, but that's really due mainly to the fact I'm down to 5 transfers.

He may well start this weekend, and if he does, I'll kick myself. For the game this weekend, it's as much about FCD being in good form as it is DC missing Hamid, Pontius, Espindola, and Franklin. I don't know how DC's going to muster an attack this weekend, and with Barrios coming into form, DC's going to see a lot of shots this weekend. I picked 3-0 on the score, and I don't think that's particularly crazy.
