I see your points Ben but Portland is still crap. Also his
analysis of Curtin being on the hot seat at 9.99 is a joke,
shows he doesn't have a clue.

Montreal could make a major move with a win over DC
Saturday, plus games in hand.

Stormin I appreciate how you have the confidence in me to believe that I do any research at all.

And though Portland's 36 points would be enough to tie the Red Bulls in the East it is clearly not good enough for the West; you are correct that the Timbers are unconvincing and inconsistent. If Paulson/Wilkenson plan on making a coaching change my guess from past comments, it would be at the end of the season. As we get to the end of the season, if the Timbers drop below the red line or don't do well int eh play offs, Porter may be on his way out.

Meanwhile Philly has been a stinking pile of dog poop from their first game and have a tire fire masquerading as a GM, who loads the roster up with unnecessary goalkeepers then trades them all away, then says he doesn't mess around with player selection. Well done.

You are correct about Schmid as well. His contract is up at the end of the season. With the way the season is going, I don't expect it to be renewed.

The philly GM sucks but the team does not, that is the
difference. We also have a good shot at a trophy this season
which is an important difference also.

Could Philly pull a Ben Olsen, have a stinker season but win the Open Cup. I'll take my hat off to them if they can.

And Klopas is the first manager to get #@*!canned...Yallop and Mastro take 4 and 6 points this week, respectively. This has all of the appearance of a 'light a fire under their ass' sacking.

A new month and there has been one coaching casualty in 2015 which is the smallest number of coaching changes for the last few years. So Klopas is gone, Montreal has not been ripping it up this year, and when they added Drogba all of the other problems that have plagued the team didn’t magically go away.

Ratings 1 completely safe to 10, the villain pushes the button, and the floor turns into a slide into the salt water where the victim is eaten by sharks with fricken lasers attached to their heads.

Portland, Caleb Porter 6- The Timbers are above the red line but look unconvincing. With Seattle and San Jose under them in the playoff race and both with games in hand there is a real danger of dropping below the red line.

Chicago, Frank Yallop 8- Chicago is getting better. DP bad luck hits that team again. No real impact DP since Blanco. Maybe Accam will be the man? Running out of time.

NYRB, Jesse Marsh 2- even Ali Curtis would have to think twice if his guidebook indicated to dump Marsh.

Toronto, Greg Vanney 6- Geovinco is single-highhandedly destroying the east and now he is injured, so if Altidore can step up, oops he’s not there. He’s with the Nationals.

Montreal, ??? Biello 8- “The team is crap on the road, not great at home and Saputo is nuts, time to get some more Italians.” Enter Biello. An Italian name, don’t tell Suputo and you can stay through the rest of the season.

Philly, Jim Curtin, 9.99- OK, OK, they are doing great in the Open Cup while simultaneously sucking long, hard and wicked. Really surprised Curtin is still there. Did Sakiewicz realize how much he screwed up earlier this season? Nah.

Colorado, Pablo Maestroaenni 9.99- Now that the moustache is gone even fewer fans show up to the game.

Houston, Owen Coyle 5, hey Houston is playing, good, I'm ready for a nap.

Jason Kreis, NYFC, 5. Calling out players int eh press, that is a new move for Kreis, not a good sign.

Jeff Cassar, Salt Lake, 7. Sunk to the bottom of the west, nothing is working in Salt Lake.

Diminic Kinnear, San Jose, 3. Kinnear has moved the team to get a real shot at the post season.

Siggi Schmid, Seattle, 9. There were problems brewing all year. This is the last season on the big man’s contract; chances are he will not be renewed. Problem is, who do you replace him with, Arena is not available.

You could very well be correct. Neither one of those clubs are known for rash decisions so it will be interesting to see how things progress.

Yallop gone. About 4 months too late if you ask me.

Yep, Yallop is out a new completely new coaching staff will be in for next year on top of a new GM.

Another home disappointment has put Porter's butt firmly in the hot seat. What is worse, is the Timbers had a full strength side up against a tired Red Bulls. This could very well be the end of the line for him.

Denver Post allegedly is reporting that Mastroeni
will be back in 2016. If true, why would you make
such decision right now?
I wonder what Preki is up to these days.
