i concur. i am all about having MFLS be as realistic as possible, but
it may be easier to just finally do away with the foreigner max next
year. less work for mark too.

I would go along with the idea of not having a limit on foreign players in the future. However, I think a tweak on the rule would be best. Instead of a limit on foreign players, how about a limit on DPs? For example, each MFLS team can carry four DPs. That would make it more realistic and would add real diversity to the rosters as well. There would be some major decisions to make then. That is for sure.

Whatever is easiest for Mark is always where I put my vote (plus I don't like change, ha!) ...

Never had a problem with the Foreigner limit.

I do like the 4 DP limit proposal, too.

Bruce Arena is tied for 6th in coach's mfls points.
His fee of 100 is roughly equal to the sum of the
fee of the five coaches ahead of him.

The injury report is up in case you have nothing
better to do. Sean Johnson is one to note.

Hoping for a Union game with no UFC moves to finally have a
game without red cards. Miracles can happen.

I think all of the MLS players are back from international duty,
is this right? I also read that a Twitter feed from Martins said
that he is ready for this weekend so that sounds promising
compared to the injury report.

Oddsmakers favor LA on the road this week at
Vancouver. That's a head-scratcher. Will Keane play
on the turf?

Twitter feed from Keane said LA is ready for tough conditions
at BC so that's a hopeful sign that he will be playing.

Cooper is only 30. Is this the end for him already?

I don't follow Keane well enough to know if he generally avoids artificial turf, but he strikes me as a guy who would play on asphalt if needed.
