5 Rochester Rhino fans Going to the U.S. match vs Mexico on
the 10th and was hoping someone could answer a few
questions I have:
Best soccer Bars to hang out in the night before the match?
Best place to park game day?-Trying to get out fast as I can,
driving to Vegas after the match. Futbal, Football!
I went to a few Galaxy games when they first played there and
before that, went to all the 1994 MWC matches played there,
(except the final). I remember parking on the golf course for
those games. (But that was before cell phones!) yes, I am old.
Galaxy matches didn't have trouble finding parking spots.
Thanking in advance for any help.

Hmmm...lemme see what I can come up with. I just moved here in March, but I bet I can rustle up some tips. There are rail possibilities, and I'll be looking into those this week.

I don't know the area but maybe this will help
with the bars:

There are lots of soccer bars listed on the
internet if you Google.

I do appreciate the help. I will check out the site for the bars. If
anyone else is going drop me a line. Perhaps we can say hello
and share a pint?

Lucky Baldwins in Pasadena is a soccer bar with a great beer selection.

As far as parking, I've never tried it before but for this game I'm thinking of taking a
shuttle from Old Town Pasadena to the game:

"Parking is also available at the Parsonsí complex parking lot in Pasadena. Access to
parking is off of Fair Oaks Avenue in Pasadena, CA. From this area a round trip shuttle
service is available to the Rose Bowl Stadiumís Lot B. Shuttle service to the stadium begins
three (3) hours prior to the start of the event or kick-off. The shuttle service runs
continuously until about one hour after the end of the event or game. Please check the event
page for which you are attending for pricing and availability. "

That's kind of what I was thinking. I'll probably park and ride to get to Pasadena, and do the shuttle.

I'd take this, but I'm fairly new to LA and want to learn the rail system a bit.
