Acosta gives up a penalty, and Jesse Gonzalez stands up on the fake, guesses right, and Javi Mo hits the post. Seconds later, Goal Castillo. 2-0 FCD (and they almost just made it 3-0).

Nice header goal on a fee kick by the Spaniard R.
Rodriguez. He made it look easy, which it should be
when you're two men up. Still it was a valuable
goal, causing Vancouver to give up hope.

Rodriguez isn't even in Wikipedia. He can't exist.

He's a head taller than Rimando. Tallest Mexican
I've ever seen.

With two games left I have zero points. Boo. Only BWP can save me now.

Bang bang on the penalty. Don't agree with the punditry at all that if it's a PK then it's also a DOGSO red card.

It seems that DC's cold streak coincided with the
addition of Saborio. They've tried to adapt their
game to him but he doesn't appear to be as good as
he once was.

Espindola's injury hasn't helped, either.

Gritty win for Seattle this afternoon. Not pretty
but they got the points they needed. Can they beat
Toronto next week?

There is a new rule, if a keeper advances in the box to get to a disputed ball and he gets run into by a DP, then a penalty kick will be awarded.
