This way no one will need to hijack the Week 3 or
Week 4 threads.

Temple got screwed! They had a much better season
than UCLA.

I don't think Maryland can keep up with KY in the
3rd round. Wildcats would be a tall order also for
ND in the 4th. Once they get to the Final Four, it
will be too late to stop 'em.

You got that right David, UCLA made it in easily and Temple
was the better team (we even knocked off Kansas), selection
commitee was a joke but nothing new.

Good luck to your Irish, my brother in law is a ND fanatic too
so he's happy with how they've done this year.

Wisconsin, my alma mater, won the Big 10 Tournament
today and got the top seed. Let's see if they can
win their second NCAA championship. Any support is
appreciated.

Since my Owls were snubbed I'll probably root for Villanova to
support the philly team. They should go far in the tournament
as well as ND and Wisconsin.

Everyone needs to stop sleeping on EWU, and ZAGS to the final 4.

UK is a lock for the title though.

Terps got screwed. Fourth seed and in Kentucky's
bracket, also likely game against border rival
WVa.

One of the games last night was notable: Ole Miss
was down 17 at the half but prevails over BYU 94-90.
The Rebels were one of the teams to take KY into
overtime this year.
Trivia: which play-in game winner made it to the
Final Four in 2011?

I think it was VCU

Indeed! Here's hoping Shaka Smart can lead the Rams
past Ohio State.

My brackets have 1-2-2-3 seeds in the Final 4 (no-
trademark). Convincing myself that the Irish can
take out the Wildcats, against all reason. I think
the first no. 1 out will be Villanova. If not by
Louisville then any of VA, MSU or OK.
Why are all the Indiana teams in the same region?

My surprise team to make the final four is SMU, they were
impressive this year and the only team that the Owls struggled
against (including Kansas who we beat at home) and I think
they will do very well and take down Duke to make the final
four. Also looking forward to seeing SMU knock UCLA out in
the first game since they stole their way into the tournament.

Can't stand the existence of the "first four", or that they try to call it the first round (so 60 teams get a bye into the second round?)

Final 4: UK, Wisconsin, Virginia, Gonzaga

Kentucky beats Virginia for the NC.

Spot the homer for Gonzaga! But blessings upon
anyone that can take out Duke.
