Romero goal 2-1 Mon. Romero rips his shirt off, draws the yellow, suspended next game. Smooth move, bru.

Coaches don't like that. If you're going to take a
yellow stop a goalscoring opportunity or get in a
good lick.

Alas, Nacho Piatti flew back to Argentina before the
game to be with his father, who is gravely ill.

*Bragger alert*
Tonight going to Rochester Rhino's last regular season match.
They will be receiving the LEAGUE TROPHY for 2015!!

Record of 16-1-10.
allowing only 15 goals in 27 games and only giving up more
than 1 goal twice!

Lost to the Union in Open Cup
* If anyone watched this match with a non biased eye?
They Lost to The Union, IN Philly, on PK's 0-0. Rhinos played
better of the 2 teams, but...If it wasn't for the Union keeper-
(BTW-keeper/Player of the year for the Rhinos last season),
playing AMAZING, The Rhinos may have been the team trying
to add ANOTHER U.S. OPEN CUP to its already bulging
Trophy Case.
Sigh! What might have been?
Anyway
The road for the Playoffs goes through Rochester....AGAIN!

It's a Beautiful night for Futball!
Sorry to brag

Ivory Coast plays friendlies Oct 9, Oct 16, and
Oct 23 in
Africa. Will Drogba be called away for those?

Given the fact he didn't play in the World Cup, and he's 37, my guess is no.

In case you missed it, Feilhaber & Besler will both
miss Sunday due to too many yellows.

Trailing 3-1 in the 56th minute, Jesse Marsch gets tossed. Shakes Heath's hand as he leaves the field, and almost immediately, Lloyd Sam cuts the lead to 3-2 (Veron assist).

Miazga gets a 2nd yellow, so he'll be out for the game after Olympic qualifying ends, too.

With a result on Sunday, FCD sets up nicely for a shot at the Shield. Back to back games vs. VAN could decide the winner. Fresh air.
